Hi, I'm Maria! I'm originally from Venezuela and now live in Northern Ireland, where I'm raising my own children bilingually in English and Spanish. As a mum, I've seen first-hand how naturally young children learn a language through play, songs, movement, and meaningful interactions. That's what inspired me to create Wee Amigos—a fun and welcoming space where little ones can be introduced to Spanish in a joyful and engaging way.

My goal is to help children build confidence, curiosity, and a love for languages from an early age while creating special moments for families to learn and play together. Through stories, games, music, and imagination, I hope to share not only the Spanish language but also the warmth and culture that come with it.
